To Start A Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@highstreetbrands.store. Once the return is approved and processed, we will provide a return label and return instructions that will be emailed to you. Please check your spam folder regularly for return shipping label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the returning items must be shipped to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If not, we will not process your return.

Refunds
We aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review the following conditions to determine your eligibility:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs. There will be a $10.00 return label fee for refund requests.
International return labels will be on a case-by-case basis with the return label fee being taken out of the refund amount. Please reach us at support@highstreetbrands.store to get a quote for a return.
Please note: Items on sale/marked down are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if you received a defective or incorrect item, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please review the following conditions to determine your eligibility:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Contact our customer support team at support@highstreetbrands.store to notify us of the exchange request. Please be sure to provide the Order Number in the subject line, which item you would like to exchange, and the item you are looking to exchange for. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please allow 3-5 business days after the exchange items have arrived at our warehouse to process your exchange. If the replacement item is not available, we will either refund your payment amount to your original payment method or give you store credit in the equal amount minus the shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items sold through Draft Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items, Clearance items, or gift cards.

When you choose to add Package Protection to your order in the cart, you benefit from filing exchanges, returns, or lost package claims with ease in case of lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If you need to file for a return, exchange, or lost package claim please use the Return Portal found here.
Note: If your High Streets Brands Co. order does not have Package Protection, we are not responsible for packages after they’ve been shipped out.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What's not refundable?
- Items not purchased at Highstreetbrands.store
- Items without a Highstreetbrands.store invoice or a packing slip
- Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Special price items with a 'FINAL SALE' badge
- For hygienic reasons, these items are "Final Sale": Washed or Worn Items, Fashion Masks, Underwear and Socks
- There will be no refunds given for returns made after 14 days from the invoice.
- Draft order sales are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
